Rexel acquires Tri-Valley Electric Supply in Phoenix area

Dallas, United States, July 2, 2007 - The Rexel Group (Rexel), the world’s leader in electrical supplies distribution today announces the acquisition of the business of Tri-Valley Electric Supply, Inc., a single-location electrical and datacom supplies distributor in Casa Grande, Arizona.

Founded in 1978, Tri-Valley serves the residential, commercial, and industrial customer segments in the greater Pinal County area. Tri-Valley operates from a modern 12,000 sq. ft. facility with 15 employees. Former owners Ron and Marian DiMino will assist the company during the transition period before retiring.

The acquisition, a complementary fit to existing Rexel locations in Phoenix and Gilbert, Arizona, closed June 16, 2007. The business now operates under the trade name Rexel Tri-Valley, taking advantage of Rexel's national and international name recognition and Tri-Valley's local business reputation. The Rexel Tri-Valley branch joins Rexel, Inc.'s West Coast Division.
